• Available in 4 weights; 3 mil lightweight, 5 mil medium weight, 7 mil heavyweight and 10 mil extra heavyweight
• Available Letter (9" x 11-1/2"), Legal (9" x 14-1/2"), and Menu (11-1/2" x 17-1/2")
• 3 mil and 5 mil pouches packed 100 per box.
• 7 mil and 10 mil pouches packed 50 per box
• Designed for use in a temperature range of 210-275 degrees F.

SMALL POUCH LAMINATION

• Available in 2 standard weights; 5 mil medium weight, and 10 mil heavyweight
• Available in numerous sizes including luggage tag, business card, credit card, etc.

• Designed for use in a temperature range of 210-275 degrees F.

SELF-ADHESIVE LAMINATION POUCHES

• Available in economical 3 mil and heavier 5 mil weight polyester

ROLL LAMINATION MATERIALS

• Offered in two grades to meet application demands;
• CR grade for economical lamination is available in 1.5 mil and 3 mil thickness
• CL premium grade lamination film is available in 3 mil, 5 mil and 10 mil thicknesses
• The CL grade is optimized for temperatures between 220 and 250 degrees F.
• The CR grade is best run between 260 and 310 degrees F.
• Available on 1", 2-1/4, and 3" internal diameter cores


LOW TEMPERATURE WIDE FORMAT LAMINATION FILM ROLLS

• Designed for use with ink jet, electrostatic and laser printed output
• Lower activation temperature to eliminate gassing of inks
• Enhanced protection and durability against harmful ultraviolet rays
• Available on 3" internal diameter cores in sizes from 31" to 60"
• Standard gloss surface available in 3 mil, 5 mil and 10 mil thickness
• Glare reducing satin surface available in 3 mil and 5 mil thickness

STANDARD PRESSURE SENSITIVE LAMINATION FILMS

• Lustre, matte and gloss surfaces provide a choice of finishing options
• Standard 3 mil thickness provides protection but is still pliable and workable
• PVC material provides both protection and economy
• Available in widths from 25" to 51" and lengths of 150’ to 328’

PREMIUM PRESSURE SENSITIVE LAMINATION FILM

• Protac Ultra is the perfect replacement for higher cost polycarbonate films
• Hardened rigid vinyl prevents scratches and UV breakdown of inks and substrates
• Suitable for POP displays, trade show graphics and floor graphics applications
• Textured finish reduces glare and enhances the appearance of the graphic
• Easily rolled and returns to flat when unrolled
• Available in 8 mil and 17 mil thickness in both 38" and 51" widths

PRESSURE SENSITIVE MOUNTING ADHESIVES

• Room temperature and heat assist mounting adhesives
• Film carrier with a smooth adhesive protected by a silicone release liner
• Moisture stable liner suitable for mounting all types of prints and substrates
